Site work and paving for a civil project in Deephaven, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 6,100 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 1,300 L F Remove Bituminous Curb 1,000 C Y Common Excavation 1,100 C Y Aggregate Base 1,650 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (1.5") 2,000 TON Bituminous Pavement 12 EACH Casting Assembly 2,550 L F Concrete Curb & Gutter 1,250 L F 12" - 18" RCP Storm Sewer 100 L F Storm Drainage Structures 3,000 L F Silt Fence/Bioroll 575 S Y Erosion Control Blanket 330 C Y Topsoil 2,400 S Y Hydroseeding 500 L F 4" Striping The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
