**As of March 24, 2023, project was awarded to Ebert Companies but awarded amount is not available.** Owners Rights Reserved: The City of Deephaven reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than lowest bidder, if, in their discretion, the interest of the City would be best served therein. All materials shall be installed in strict accordance with the manufacturers written specifications or Materials Institute Standards. Where the manufacturers recommended details are used, the manufacturer shall be responsible for the performance of their product. All Items not specifically mentioned that are required to make the work complete and operational shall be included.
