The intent of this proposal call is to obtain offers to provide services for the design and construction a new Junior-Senior High School located at the East Chezzetcook Industrial Park. The site is located off Hwy 107 at 331 Motts Drive in East Chezzetcook, Nova Scotia. While the total parcel size is 88 acres, the area is being considered for future development and the school and site would occupy approximately 17 acres +/- in the northwest quadrant of the site. Refer to Section 01 11 00 Scope of Work.
