Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Oxford, New York. Working plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the addition of a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project consists of site work and construction of a new single-story fire station with a mezzanine level within the apparatus bay with renovations & repair to the existing station Award Construction Contract - (30) days after bid opening. Start Construction - (45) days after bid opening. Construction Substantially Complete/Owner Occupy - 32 weeks after start of Construction. Construction Close-Out - (35) weeks after Bid Security in the amount of (5%) of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of this project. A Certificate of Authority to do business in the State of New York, under Section 1301 of the Business Corporations Law of the State of New York shall be submitted by any out-of-state corporations or companies with their bids. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, by order of the Village of Oxford.
