The project consists of site work and construction of a new single-story fire station with a mezzanine level within the apparatus bay with renovations & repair to the existing station. Bid Security in the amount of (5%) of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of this project.
