Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 2 Riverbank Revetment work The project consists of site work and construction of a new single-story fire station with a mezzanine level within the apparatus bay. Bids are being accepted for the riverbank revetment portion of the project. Letter of Intent (5) days after bid opening. Award Construction Contract (20) days after bid opening. Start Construction (30) days after bid opening. Construction Substantially Complete/Owner Occupy (6) weeks after start of Construction. Construction Close-Out (8) weeks after start of Construction. Any bidder requiring documents to be printed shall make arrangements with the printer directly and pay for all associated costs including printing, packaging and shipping.
