The Coshocton County Port Authority intends to contract for architectural services in connection with the development of the Coshocton Collaborative. Statements of qualifications should include information regarding the firm's history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel who be assigned to this project; the technical expertise of the firm's cur- rent staff; the firm's experience in planning, design, construction administration and observation of similar projects; staff availability; the firm's equipment and facilities; experience with U.S. Economic Development Administration requirements and funding programs; references; and any previous work performed for the Coshocton County Port Authority or in Coshocton County. Statements of Qualifications should be submitted to Tiffany Swigert, Coshocton County Port Authority at tiffanyswigert@coshoctoncounty.net. As required by Ohio Revised Code 153,65-73, responding firm's will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, the Coshocton County Port Authority will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. The Coshocton Collaborative will be located at 534/538 Main Street and the scope of services will include planning, design, construction administration and observation as well as technical assistance needed to support funding applications to include an application to the U.S. Economic Development Administration and other sources of funding.
