Mr. Shryock read the following bids aloud: No bids were received. Mr. Shryock asked Mr. Pat Kelly if he believed that no bids were submitted due to the supply chain issue and labor cost and he stated that yes, he believes that the issue is the membrane specified in the bid for the roof is a year out in the supply chain to receive the product, along with the fuel and labor cost he believed all of these factors resulted in no bids. _______________________________________________ Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that these projects be completed within 120 days. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
