The County of Bergen is looking to award a service contract for Elevator Maintenance and Repair. The Contract term will be an initial 24 month period, with the availability of one 36 month Option Period. The decision to award the option shall be at the sole discretion of the County of Bergen Contracting Agency. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the Prevailing Wage Act
