Cost Estimate: $3M to $4M Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Parowan City Corporation is seeking architectural and engineering firms, individually or in collaborative teams, to submit qualifications for the design and construction of a new swimming pool facility to replace the existing facility located at 89 South 300 East, in Parowan, Utah. Guidelines for preparing a Statement of Qualifications will be available from the Parowan City Offices, 35 East 100 North, Parowan Utah, 84761, or can be found at website.
