Site work for a water / sewer project in Parowan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Parowan City Reserves the Right to Not Award the Project to the Low Bidder. Project Will Be Separated in Two Phases, the 300 South Line and the Recharge Line. The 300 South Line Consists of the Construction of Approximately 1,720 Lineal Feet of 36" Pvc Dr51 Pipe and 2,320 Lineal Feet of 36" Hdpe Dr32.5 Pipe, With Associated Piping and Appurtenances. The Recharge Line Consists of the Construction of Approximately 7,000 Lineal Feet of 24" Storm Drain Pipe, Eleven 48-inch Manholes, One Headwall, and Two 60- inch Area Drains and Other Associated Appurtenances. Parowan City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Waive Any Irregularity. The 36" water pipe will be paid under a separate bid item. The price bid for this item shall be considered full compensation for the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to excavate, form, place, backfill, compact, construct, and install the new water line in line across the Wash at the location and grades shown on the construction drawings. Payment for this item will be made at the contract lump sum price specified in Bid Schedule A under Bid Item #13.
