Description of project: The work consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct approximately 2500 LF of asphalt paved roadway. This work includes removal of vegetation in the area of the new roadway and Scrub Jay habitat restoration of approximately 5 acres of land in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. Period of Performance: 300 calendar days (includes 50 non-access days), to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after award. Size Standard: $39.5M Magnitude of Construction: IAW FAR 36.204: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Additional Information: The applicable NAICS code 237130 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction.
