Work included under this contract consists of Electrical Construction contract work for a new Maintenance Building and 5-Bay Equipment Storage Building. Main items of work include but is not limited to power and lighting systems, equipment and controls, emergency generator, telephone and data systems, emergency lighting systems, trenching and backfilling for electrical systems and miscellaneous electrical work. This contract shall include all general construction work complete as depicted and defined on the contract drawings and as specified in these contract specifications.
