Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Halifax, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Bids to build a 100'L X 60'W x 14'H Pole Building at Halifax Township, until 6:45 p.mm., Monday, November 11 th 2024, at Halifax Township Building, 102 Fisher Street, Halifax PA 17032. Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the amount of 10% of the proposal. A bank check or bid bond will be accepted. Attention is called to the fact that no less than the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project; that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, national origin, or physical disability. All proposals must be on the form furnished by Halifax Township. Halifax Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Kenneth E.
