Renovation of an educational facility in Halifax, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Purchase/installation of carpet and tile in approximately 25 rooms and two corridors in Halifax Elementary School. Carpet: Mohawk Proficient tile (GT432) 12x 36, color TBA by client. Carpet must be running line, first quality and carry the manufactures full warranty. Tile: Armstrong Floor Products Vinyl Composition tile, Armstrong Standard EXCELON, 12 x 12. Wallbase: Johnsonite Resilient 4.5 Rubber. Installation: Proposal must include removal, disposal, and proper floor preparations, per the manufacture installation guidelines, to include sealing of the existing floor.
