Renovation of a municipal facility in Sedalia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Sedalia, Missouri is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for repair and replacement of the roof of the building located at 119 West Main Street, Sedalia, Missouri 65301. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all proposals submitted, and to waive any informality contained in any proposal. The City of Sedalia reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City. The City plans to select the most qualified contractor for the purpose of negotiating a final contract. The City of Sedalia will consider all methods of replacement and it is the applicant's responsibility to propose their preferred roofing system. Tear-off is required in the scope of work. The scope of services is specific to the repair and/or replacement of the Building Roof located at 119 West Main Street. The Scope of Work must include the following minimum specifications for roof materials: 1. Preferred roofing system to be specified by applicant. 2. Remove existing roofing to deck. 3. Repair deck as necessary. 4. Replace flashing as necessary. 5. Prevailing wage, tax-exempt job.
