Site work for a mixed-use development in Whitesburg, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
As of 09/02/2021 The start and end date is unknown at this time. Project no: G21CCW01 The work generally consists of constructing a new electrical building with new electrical equipment, procuring & installing a standby generator, installing a new flow meter & vault & improvements to the existing intake building (cut concrete & add floor grating & access hatches). The work will be let under 1 Contract if an award should be made, & the Owner reserves the right to select the Bid considered by the Owner to be in the Owner's best interest. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to CCWA, in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount, but no more than $10,000, must accompany bidder's proposal. Performance & Payment Bonds & evidence of insurance required at Contract signing. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by Engineer. All bidders must be licensed under appropriate/applicable provisions of state law. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals & to waive technical errors. The Work included in this Contract generally consists of the construction of a new electrical building with new electrical equipment, a standby generator, installation of a new flow meter and vault, and improvements to the existing intake building to include the addition of floor grating and access hatches
