Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in East Chicago, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
All vendors must be licensed to perform demolition work in East Chicago, Indiana. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of the following unsafe structures in East Chicago, Indiana Group 1 602 E 151st St (Garage Only) 417 E Chicago Ave (Garage Only) Group 2 3830 Main 3915 Main (Front and Rear) 1102 E 138th Place (Front) 505 143rd St (Garage Only) (Please note all the above properties under Group 1 are located in the superfund area and must comply with the special project procedures provided by Amereco Inc.) This Work will be funded by the City of East Chicago using its Unsafe Building Funds. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interest of the Owner after all bids have been examined and canvassed.
