Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. The purchaser is a municipality and invoices are processed for payment not less than twice a month. It shall be understood that the cash discount period will be extended to the date that invoices are paid. Payment will commence or be made in full after delivery and/or completion of the project and acceptance of equipment. All documents, invoice, title and exception certificate shall be presented to the Purchasing Department, 801 Anderson Street, Room 204, Bristol, Tennessee 37620 1) Clean and wash all court surfaces 2) Take down all necessary nets, net standards and fencing if necessary 3) Repair cracks on all courts as needed and reset any standard that needs reset 4) Apply one (1) coat acrylic resurfacer to courts. (Using Nova Acrylic (Nova Sports), 5) Har-Tru Sports or approved equivalent) 6) Apply two (2) coats acrylic color surfacing to courts - Color to match existing and must be approved by the City. (Using Nova Acrylic (Nova Sports), Har-Tru Sports or approved equivalent) 7) Stripe courts per USTA standards for a 78ft court layout (see picture of USTA Striping Plan) and return striping on designated junior tennis, courts 5 & 6, and pickle ball courts 7 & 8. (see picture of Junior and Pickle Ball Courts) Color to match existing and must be approved by the City. (Using Nova Acrylic (Nova Sports), Har-Tru Sports or approved equivalent). Blended playing lines shall be textured line paint within the same family as the 78ft court playing surface color. 8) Remove from site all debris generated during the course of the project and legally dispose of same. 9) Reinstall nets, standards and fencing where needed 10) Must provide a minimum of one (1) year warranty on all materials and workmanship.
