The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver Type "A" Bridge Date Plates (Construction Date Plates) and Type "B" Bridge Date Plate (Widening Date Plates) to various locations statewide. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be addressed to Mrs. Kimberly Palmer at Kimberly.Palmer@VDOT.Virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters. Provide questions by 5:00pm May 11, 2022. Period of contract : One (1) year from date of award with an option to renew for four (4) successive one (1) year periods. There will be no pre-bid for this solicitation.
