Site work for a transportation facility in Redwood City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
As of September 28, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Furnish all labor and material to complete various concrete repairs, remove and replace, for a total of three-thousand (3,000) square feet of existing concrete in the bus lanes. All Work must be completed within 180 days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Notice of Award: August 15, 2021 Notice to Proceed: August 25, 2021 (based on receipt of insurance docs) Intent to Bid Due Date: Jul 29th 2021, 2:00 PM PDT Questions and Clarification Due: July 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m Each CONTRACTOR will submit Bidder's Security in the amount of 10% of the Grand Total Amount with its quote as follows: A scanned copy of the executed Bidder's Bond must be submitted by electronic upload to the District's Procurement Portal prior to the Quotations Due date and time. CONTRACTORs have up to 2 business days after the Quotations Due date and time to deliver the original executed Bidder's Bond to the designated Procurement Administrator. The Bidder's Bond will be securely sealed in an envelope and clearly marked with the RFQ number 22-S-CU-002. CONTRACTORs must mail the Bidder's Bond to: Zaid Abdulmajeed, Contracts & Procurement San Mateo County Transit District 1250 San Carlos Avenue, 2nd floor, San Carlos, CA 94070 No personal or business checks will be accepted. The Bidder's Security shall be in the amount as specified in the Solicitation Documents. For all Agreements over $25,000, the successful CONTRACTOR must provide a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Grand Total Amount and issued by a California admitted surety. Full compensation for furnishing the payment bond is included in the Grand Total Amount. For all Agreements over $25,000, the successful CONTRACTOR must provide a Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded contract amount and issued by a California admitted surety. Contractor shall maintain valid Performance Bond for the entire term of the Contract.
