The City of Redwood City is solicitating bids for the 2026 Pavement Overlay & Curb Ramp Project (Broadway). The work of this project consists generally of, without limitation, notification of residents, traffic control, BMP, storm drain, and manhole installation, traffic signal, streetlight, and detector loops, installation, concrete curb ramp, curb and gutter, and sidewalk installation, street asphalt concrete spot reconstruction, asphalt concrete area grind and pave, resurfacing City streets with HMA overlay, adjust utilities lid to the new grade, installation of new markings and permanent striping, and site cleanup. Contract Documents fully describe the Work. Work shall be completed within 120 Working Days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run.
