The City of Redwood City is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed vendors to provide Ad Hoc Heating, Ventilating, and Air conditioning (HVAC) systems maintenance and repair services for the Public Works Services Department. Deadline for questions / clarifications January 4, 2022 Answers to questions released By January 6, 2022 at 5:00 pm PST Contract Award February 2022 Notice to Proceed February 2022 The term shall be for one (1) year period from the effective date of the contract. The contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional, two (2) year terms after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City.
