Renovation of a library in Redwood City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
**As of September 08, 2023, the project was awarded to Bay City Boiler & Engineering Company, Incorporated but the awarded amount is not available.** The work consists generally of demoing existing boiler, related piping and electrical, closed loop heating pumps, expansion tank, and butterfly valves. Additionally Contractor shall crane equipment from rooftop and send to certified recycling center and supply and install new boiler as specified in the Bidding Documents and provide factory startup and commissioning. Bidding Documents fully describe the scope of work. Work shall be completed within [45] Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. City may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids. A California Contractors State License Board "Class A or B", C4, or C20, contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract.
