Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a military facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 20,995-square-foot military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a 28,079-square-foot military facility.
In general, the work consists of the construction of a 20,995 GSF addition to the existing building 43 and alteration of 28,079 GSF existing space. All plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and 44 electrical systems are to be modernized and will require replacement of all primary equipment and 45 service entrances. Reconfigured privately owned vehicle parking areas, access roads, sidewalks, and 46 utilities will be provided. The project will resolve Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, Americans with 47 Disabilities Act, and building code issues existing in the facility.
