Custom BT The Wilson Group Inc Item 1 - Contract A General Construction $600,000 The Wilson Group Inc Item 3 (Contract C Window Replacement) 1,900,000 The Wilson Group Inc Item 2 (Contract B Window Restoration) $43,050 The Owner intends and requires that this project achieve FINAL COMPLETION no later than June 2, 2023. Each bidder shall be required to file with his proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The guaranty shall be a bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A certified check or cashier's check for ten percent (10%) of the bid can be submitted in lieu of a bond. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the county. Special Attention must be given to all the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to ORC 4115 prevailing wages, various insurance requirements, and the requirement for a payment and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wages rates on public improvements for Williams county, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of employment service wage and hour division,(614)644-2239
