Site work and paving for a civil project in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of A.C. pavement reconstruction, pavement striping/markings, adjusting manhole frame and covers, adjusting utility valves and boxes, and adjusting drainage inlet steel frame and grates. The original executed and notarized Standard Qualification Questionnaire for Offerors form SQQO must be received by the Administration Office, Department of Public Works, no less than Forty-eight (48) hours prior to the 2:00 p.m. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii, General Contractor's A License, prior to the award of the contract. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days.
