Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Motor and Blower Replacements, All Purpose Room HVAC Split , Ductless Heat Pumps The East Haven Board of Education reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Qualification, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer(s) that, in the Board's judgment, will be in the Board's best interests. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. This project will consist of labor and materials for: - Remove and Replace 56 blower motors, and 224 blower wheels in Unit ventilators throughout JMMS and The Academy. - Clean out blower sections and under sides of hot water coils in units. - Install wiring to connect new motors to OEM controls. - Ensure proper clearance of blower wheels into housing to eliminate rubbing while in operation. - Secure panels to units. - Ensure proper operations. - Make repairs to FCU's in corridors between buildings to ensure operation.
