PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of Washington's Wastewater Treatment Plant #1 NPDES Permit was decommissioned last year. The City is looking to demo the Drying Beds, the Digester, and the Trickling Filter. The City of Washington requests bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the Demolition of the structures specified.
