The project is expected to be awarded on late March.*** The Washington District #50 Schools, hereinafter called Owner, will receive sealed bids, for Roof Replacement at Beverly Manor School - Phase II, including labor, tools, equipment, ma-terials and services for construction. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. WORK consists generally of removal of gravel surface and installation of insulation board, TPO roof membrane, and skylight replacement at Beverly Manor School, located at 1014 S. School Street, Washington, Illinois 61571 Not less than the prevailing rate of wages shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work on this project, within the meaning of the Illinois Pre-vailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01, et seq.). Every bid shall be accompanied by bid guarantee consisting of bid bond, certified check or cashier's check made payable to Washington Schools District #50, in amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Failure of bidder to submit bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in amount to cover proposals bid upon is cause for rejection of his bid. All bidders not previously pre-qualified in the past two years must be pre-qualified with the Owner. Pre-qualification information shall be submitted in duplicate on a properly executed AIA Document A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement, 2007 Edi-tion and received for consideration at the office of Kenyon and Associates, Architects, 6824 N. Frostwood Parkway, Peoria, Illinois 61615, by the bid opening date. No bid shall be withdrawn for 60 days after opening of bids without consent of Owner.
