The CITY will competitively solicit proposals and award a contract to the CONSULTANT with the most demonstrated competence and professional experience. The City of Concord, hereinafter ("CITY") is soliciting proposals for Civil Engineering design services for the following Capital Improvement Program ("CIP") project: The Civil Engineering design services to be performed for the following project: PJ 2574 Citywide Traffic System Upgrade Phase 2 Project: The scope of the project is to upgrade the traffic signal hardware and equipment at 45 intersections Citywide and add a Lead Pedestrian Interval for 43 of the 45 intersections. ADA compliant curb ramps will be constructed on an as-needed basis. If you are interested in submitting a Proposal, carefully review the information in the RFP and prepare a Proposal according to the instructions provided.
