Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rock Valley, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Construction of a new outdoor swimming pool, a new filter building, and a renovated bathhouse consisting of a swimming pool having a water surface area of 5,700 sq. ft. Water features include an enclosed flume water slide, one-meter springboard diving, water spray features, family slide, and other related items. Building structures include a 2,500 sqft. bathhouse and a 800 sq. ft. filter building. Site work includes walks, fencing, concrete deck, and other site related work.
