See attached preliminary schedule - dependent upon final material availability Current work in progress: utility relocation, site grading, site utilities General Critical Sequence of Construction: - Concrete foundations along existing building and work out through the addition - Masonry begin with load bearing/fire walls along existing building, move into structural masonry walls ahead of and as needed for precast installation, follow floors with non-load bearing walls - Precast - east stair tower and courtyard walls early begin in SE corner and work north & west - Structural steel - install courtyard infill and mechanical room roof, follow precast/masonry to tie structure together - Replace existing chiller to serve existing elementary school before cooling season 2026 Retainage = 3% until final completion and acceptance of project No Smoking onsite Project documentation will be handled through Autodesk ACC Build online system. There will be no cost to sub-contractors/suppliers for this. Staking of site concrete will by CMaR Any potential changes in work: o Include breakdown of material, labor, equipment, subcontractor costs o OH & Profit fee limited to 10% of cost o All fees, permits, inspections required are to be included o There will be other on-going work being performed onsite to coordinate with
