Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Eastover, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
***As of August 10, 2021 project has not been awarded. The solicitation has been cancelled due to budget constraints. Replacement of existing metal porch and concrete slab on the Wateree Range Clubhouse with a new metal porch and concrete slab, to include demolition of existing structures, preparation of the site for the new reinforced concrete slab, construction of new metal porch and steps including foundation, columns and finishes. It is the intent of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) to secure a qualified South Carolina licensed General Contractor, with appropriate licensing from the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR), to replace the existing metal back porch on the Wateree Range Clubhouse in Richland County SC with a new metal porch. This project requires demolition, foundation, concrete work, and steel fabrication and erection. All materials shall be new, latest production and free of blemishes and defects The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide a fully complete structure in accordance with normally accepted construction practices and specifications. Contractor will be responsible for the demolition of the existing metal porch and concrete slab, preparation of the site for the new reinforced concrete slab, construction of a new 5'x12' metal porch and steps, including foundation and support columns and finishes in accordance with the plans and specifications titled "SCDNR Wateree Range Porch Renovation", prepared by Mabry Engineering Associates Inc. dated 5/24/2021. All construction shall be in accordance with the 2018 International Building Code, State and Local Codes.
