Renovation of a municipal facility in Eastover, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove six (6) existing wood doors and install six (6) new hollow metal doors and frames. Project Location: 14068 Garners Ferry Road, Eastover, SC 29044 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. Remove and dispose of six existing wood doors and frames. Preparation of openings for new doors. Installation of lintels and/or other components to support the existing structure. Installation of six (6) new exterior hollow metal doors and frames with locking hardware, per specifications and manufacturers recommendation. Caulking and sealant around new doors and frames to provide watertight construction. Prime and paint doors and frames. Color by owner. New doors shall provide a minimum opening of 24 inches. Contractor shall submit shop drawings for approval. All applicable manufactures warranties shall be given to SCDNR at completion of the job
