Vincent Hall is a phased renovation, with Phase 1 consisting of 60,172 square feet. The facility, identified as Building 21401, is located on Brainard Avenue between 21st and 22nd streets at the Fort Gordon Installation in Georgia. The building was originally constructed in 1986, with subsequent renovations since 1997 to provide minor upgrades. The existing building systems are now reaching the point of needing full replacement, along with other code upgrades.
