Renovation of a civil project in Hagersville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Proposals for complete SCADA upgrades and PLC replacements to the Hagersville Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Hagersville and Dunnville remote pump stations. This will include complete hardware upgrades and the required programming as specified by Haldimand County in the proceeding work package descriptions. This will in some cases include standardized data collection, reporting and archiving systems for both plants, implement monitoring and control of additional points. The Contractor shall commence work under the Contract on or about Wednesday, September 1, 2021 The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of 6 months and the Consultant shall commence work under the Contract within 15 working days of award.
