Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a medical facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 35,111-square-foot medical facility; and for the renovation of a 2,152-square-foot medical facility.
Project Scope: There are three main components a) Main Facility (MF): Construction of a new CRC building with a total estimated 2,897 SM to incorporate space required for (i) Cyclotron (19 MeV) and Engineering Support (ii) GMP controlled labs/support area (iii) Non-GMP controlled labs/support area (iv) Administration and staff support area (v) Engineering/Building support area b) Service Corridor (SC): Construction of a new SC to connect the new facility with TBCC at the basement level. It will allow transporting products from the CRC to NMD, and other FMC facilities. SC is estimated 80 SM. c) Renovation: Renovation of the existing CCB 20 conference room on the basement level of TBCC. Estimated area that requires renovation is 54 SM. d) Please refer to Design Development (DD) report for detailed scope of work. Copy of the document is provided upon signing the NDA. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
