Renovation of a mixed-use development in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility and water / sewer project.

The City of Beaverton is accepting will only accept electronic bids for the project, Scholls Valley Heights Phase 4-7 Non-potable Waterline, Project No. 3828-22B. The project consists of the installation of approximately 2900 lineal feet of 2" of new non-potable water main and associated appurtenances. The project will require coordination with other contractors that are working on the site and that are not a part of this contract. The project cost is approximately between $ 120,000 and $150,000. DELIVERY METHODS. a. The City will only accept bid packets for this project electronically. Hard copies or facsimiles (fax) will not be accepted. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the Bid Documents may be answered through an addendum issued to all plan holders. This Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will cover ITB solicitations #3826-22B, #3827-22B, #3828-22B and #3829-22B. 5. FEDERAL FUNDING. This project is partially funded with federal funds through the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA). Attention is drawn to federal laws which will apply to this contract including the American Iron and Steel Requirement, Equal Opportunity, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Good Faith Efforts and other requirements. These requirements may be found in Exhibit 2 and 3 of the Contract. 6. PREVAILING WAGES. The contract expected to be awarded in connection with this solicitation is subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 and/or the federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). No Bid will be received or considered by the City unless the Bid contains a statement by the Bidder that "Bidder agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148." Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supplies required to perform the Work Perform the Work provided in Contractor's Bid to the satisfaction of the City and under the terms and conditions of this Construction Contract. Construct and complete in good, workmanlike and substantial manner the Work within 120 calendar days from the date of the City's written notice to proceed.
