Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Azle, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

*Rock Solid, Inc. was disqualified as a bidder. Installing approximately 1,675 linear feet of 6' concrete sidewalk, ADA compliant curb cuts and ramps and all incidental appurtenances for a complete project in accordance with the contract documents. Cost for hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $40.00 for half size plans. Cost for digital download of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be $20.00. Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project. The time to be allowed under this Contract to complete all work is 120 days
