The installation of a new restroom facility in Central Park with associated site work and associated appurtenances as well as playground and ball court lighting. The Contract Documents consisting of Advertisement of Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Proposal, Bid Bond, Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, Maintenance Bond, General Conditions, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within 120 consecutive calendar days thereafter, BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day
