Renovation of a civil project in Azle, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Installation of 7 owner supplied LAS (Liquid Ammonium Sulfate) systems, one at each of the seven water plant sites. The equipment will be provided by the City and is to be ready at the time of installation. The equipment is to be installed in buildings which will be present on site or which will be constructed by the contractor as an alternative item. Contractor is responsible for below ground piping, electrical items and wet connections at each of the seven sites for fully functioning LAS Systems. Each plant requires different linear feet of below ground piping, linear feet of conduit, diameter of below ground piping, and various other items that can be found in plan set. All installation is to be completed in place. Sites are to be returned to existing conditions after installation. Contractor to contact equipment manufacturer for correct installation guidelines and startup. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Reno reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
