Purchase and Delivery of 7 LAS (Liquid Ammonium Sulfate) Systems. The LAS Systems Should be New, High-Quality, and Capable of Efficiently Monitoring and Controlling the Liquid Ammonium Sulfate Chloramination Process. The Equipment Should Include, but not be limited to, Tanks, Pumps, Valves, Enclosures, and Related Accessories Required for Installation and Setup as Specified in the Specifications. The Delivery Should be made to Each Site, as Shown on the plans, in a Timely Manner, and the Equipment Should be Properly Packaged and Protected to Ensure Safe Transportation. Installation of the LAS systems will be Performed by a Separate Contractor, and as such, the Bidder is only Responsible for the Procurement and Delivery of the Equipment. Complete in Place. Bids are invited for the several items and quantities as follows: 1. All Chemical Disinfection Equipment as described in Specification 11210 - Chemical Disinfection Equipment, for seven City of Reno water plant sites. The City of Reno reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by The City of Reno for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders' qualifications prior to the contract award.
