Bid Bond - 10% Performance and Payment Bond - 100% All work for the complete construction of the project shall be bid a single prime contract with the Owner based on bids received and awarded. The work consists of: Remodeling of former Gathering Room into new 911 Dispatch center including removal of ceiling tiles, lighting and ceiling fans and installation of partition wall, door modifications, intermediate ceiling grid, new tiles, painting, lighting and power including generator, automatic transfer switches and new panelboard, conduits and wiring. Work also includes electrical upgrades to several locations throughout the building for vending and equipment power and expansion of the current residential style laundry area by removing existing base cabinets, countertop and sink and modify current electrical, plumbing and venting to add one additional washer and dryer with gypsum board repairs, new flooring and painting as identified within the documents prepared by DLZ Indiana, LLC. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for bid opening.
