This project has been awarded to Construction Services Group LLC in the amount of $159,961. The Terminal 5 Northwest Exit Improvements Project reconfigures the existing fenced perimeter exit by installing a 60' motorized gate, a 30' swing gate, two 15' swing gates modifying the existing fence, additional fencing and electrical improvements for the motorized gate. This project widens the exit corridor to facilitate a wider swing radius for longer truckloads. The amount of the bond or cashier's check shall be not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and may be shown in dollars or on a percentage basis.: The Contractor agrees that for projects of $35,000 or more, before it undertakes performance of the Contract, it will file with the Port a Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract price, executed by itself as a principal and one or more surety companies authorized to do business in the State of Washington as surety. The bond shall be supplied on a Port of Vancouver approved form.
