A BID BOND in the form of a surety bond, cashier's check or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid must be attached to bids in excess of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000). A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program ("CCIP") for on-site operations is being provided for general liability. In accordance with RCW 39.04.320, the State of Washington requires no less than 15% of the labor hours to be performed by apprentices. Subcontractor will be required to provide monthly reporting of apprenticeship participation.
