As of March 27, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to provide professional architectural and engineering services for planning, design and construction management of the 521 Chkalov Building Remodel and parking lot improvements.
