Renovation of an educational facility in Peralta, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Peralta Elementary School Construction The Los Lunas Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or cancel this RFP in its entirety. Late proposals will not be accepted. 1. Phase 1 - Construct new school building: d. See electrical site plan and specifications for existing transformer relocation, and preservation of existing electrical/telecom room. e. Demolition of existing structures located in footprint of new school; relocation of existing portable at southeast quadrant of the site. c. Construction of new school building, including adjacent new bus drop off, pre-K and K playgrounds, and a portion of the new service/parent drop off drive aisle along the east property line. Maintain K-turn at north end of east drive so refuse and delivery vehicles can service the building once it is occupied but before final site work is completed. 2. Phase 2 - Complete site work: a. Relocate existing portable classroom buildings to be retained by District. b. Demolish all other structures and remove/cap all utilities in accordance with the contract documents. c. Construct roadways, parking lots, playgrounds, flat work, permanent fencing, synthetic turf field, security gates and controls, and all associated utilities for the final site configuration.
