Site work for a water / sewer project in Burchard, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK: The Independent Contractor was the successful bidder to build the dam revetment. The parties under the Agreement agree that the Independent Contractor shall carry out the following generally described work in consideration of the not to exceed sum of: XXXX($XXXX) to be paid the Independent Contractor by the Commission as described hereunder. The not to exceed sum is all-encompassing and the Contractor shall not receive compensation for any services or expenses, including, but not limited to, incidentals, reimbursable expenses, and subsidiary expenses, in excess of the not to exceed sum. The Work in this Project is generally placement of 1,690 tons of riprap on the Burchard Lake dam face The Independent Contractor, under this AGREEMENT, shall commence this work within 10 calendar days of the date of NOTICE TO PROCEED and shall have the work completed and the site cleared and ready for the further use of the Commission by May 1, 2022.
