Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct 2021 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements and Control Building Addition, including, but not limited to mobilization; bonds and insurance; permits; clarifier replacement; construction of the control building; chemical equipment; lift station jockey pump; Clarifier No. 1 replacement, sludge draw off station; temporary electrical service; site grading; bollards, piping and pipe insulation; piping modifications; protective coatings; concrete repair; signage; mud valve replacement; electrical; controls; hydro-mulch seeding; duct; demolition items as specified; temporary facilities, by-pass pumping, and all else specified on the construction drawings and contract documents necessary to construct, tie-in and make for a complete and operable system. The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open. The project is located at the address of 1350 Brushbird Lane, Katy, Texas 77449, in the City of Houston Extraterritorial Jurisdiction in Harris County, TX.
